JLL Partners Combines Vascular Technology Incorporated and Parks Medical Electronics; MedWorld Advisors Serves as Buy-Side Advisor

JLL Partners today announced the combination of Vascular Technology Incorporated (VTI) and Parks Medical Electronics, creating a leading vascular diagnostics and intraoperative Doppler platform serving hospitals, clinics, and surgical specialties worldwide. The combined leadership teams will drive the platform’s next phase of growth and innovation across Doppler ultrasound diagnostics and vascular surgical applications.

MedWorld Advisors served as buy-side advisor on the transaction.

VTI develops intraoperative surgical Doppler systems and suction/irrigation devices used across vascular, reconstructive, urology, endoscopy, neuro, and robotic procedures. Parks Medical, founded in 1961 and known for the Flo-Lab vascular system, brings deep heritage in non-invasive vascular testing. Together, the companies expand capabilities from operating-room tools to non-invasive diagnostics, offering a broader portfolio to clinicians and health systems.
