Michael Magliochetti, PhD., Operating Partner

Prior to joining Riverside Partners, Mike served as CEO of Claros Diagnostics, a point-of-care in-vitro diagnostic firm, which was honored as one of the Top 50 Most Innovative Companies in the World for 2011 by MIT Technology Review, and acquired by OPKO Health. He previously served as CEO of RMH, a leading orthopedic products company, and as CEO of both HemaMetrics and UroSurge. He has held senior positions with the medical device company Haemonetics and the polymer products company Delta Surprenant, and has completed an assignment with the U.S. Army Research Command. In addition to serving on the Board of Overseers for Boston Museum of Science, Advisory Boards for Boston Children’s Hospital, Lahey Clinic and Medical Development Group-Boston, Mike has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Iowa and consulted with several medical device and pharmaceutical companies.

Adam Hentze, Principal

Adam is a Principal at BPOC (Beecken, Petty, O’Keefe, & Company), having joined BPOC in 2015. Prior to joining BPOC, Adam was Vice President at RoundTable Healthcare Partners. Previously, Adam worked at GTCR in the Healthcare group and at Credit Suisse. He completed his BS in Finance at Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois and his MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Adam currently serves on the Board of Directors for Cranial Technologies, Maxor National Pharmacy, and Midwest Products and Engineering.

Steve Sandbo, Principal

Steve Sandbo is a Principal responsible for sourcing and executing transactions and working with portfolio management teams. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2012, Steve was in the Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, participating in the execution of a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings across various industries. Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Steve worked in the leveraged finance and venture finance groups at ORIX Finance. He graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he received his BBA in Finance. Steve currently serves on the Boards of Directors of RST / Measurand, Applied Plastics and Wytech Industries.
