ADLM 2026 Diagnostics Industry Report

ADLM 2026 ran July 26-30, 2026 at the Anaheim Convention Center, drawing close to 17,000 attendees, with more than 700 exhibitors across 200-plus product categories on the Clinical Lab Expo floor. The biggest product story was Roche, which used the show to launch its cobas Mass SpecSolution and its AXELIOS next-generation sequencing platform. Kompass Diagnostics took the Disruptive Technology Award.
